When booking it should be remembered that the cottage is suited for family holidays as Whitehills is off the beaten track. No refunds can be made based on ‘unsuitable location’.
The number in the party must not exceed the capacity of the property i.e. 4 - excepting that a baby or young child may be accommodated in a travel cot.
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere in the cottage.
Pets are not allowed in the cottage.
There is private parking for one car near the cottage.
Ensure that the holiday cottage is securely locked when not occupied.
Any breakages, damage or losses should be reported, goods broken replaced, or will be charged for.
At the end of the let the cottage should be left in clean & tidy condition.

Rates:
Saturday to Saturday - weekly rent - including gas & electricity from £195 - £395 per week according to season. Short breaks by agreement and according to availability. The actual price of your holiday/short stay will be confirmed and accepted by yourselves before we accept the booking and your deposit!

Deposit
A deposit of £50 - £75 per week is payable on booking.
The deposit is non returnable at short notice (minimum 3 months notice of cancellation required)
Balances Due
Balances MUST be paid five (5) weeks before the holiday due date! Bookings made within five (5) weeks of the start of the holiday must be paid in full at time of booking!
Linen
Bed linen (apart from cot bedding), towels and kitchen towels will be supplied.
Entry & Departure
The cottage will be available for occupation from 4pm on the first day of booking and should be vacated by 10am on the last day.
Book early to avoid disappointment.
The cottage is as described. Based on location and all else it is highly sought after! Our advice to you is to book as soon as possible! In fact why not do so right NOW! We’re waiting for your call!
